1. Acceptance of Terms

   By accessing or using my website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service and my Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using my website or services.

2. Services Provided

   Willow and Stone Mediumship offers virtual readings via Zoom. My services are intended for personal guidance and entertainment purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or legal advice.

3. Booking an Payment

   To book a session, you must use the online booking system provided on my website. Payment for services is required in advance at the time of booking. Distance Reiki sessions are priced at $55 for 30 minutes, $90 for 60 minutes and $130 for Intuitive Reiki- 60 minutes. Spirit Energy Messages are $44 and are delivered within 3-5 business days of purchase.

4. Prices may be subject to change, and will be posted on my website. Prices are in Canadian Currency.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

   You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be refunded. In case of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will try to accommodate your request.

6. Disclaimer

   Reiki sessions and Spiritual Energy Messages are not a replacement for professional medical, mental health, legal or financial advice. The client’s participation in the reading is voluntary, and results may vary.

7. Client Responsibility

   You must be 18 years of age or older to book a Reiki session or Spirit Energy Message. You agree to provide accurate information when booking a session and to respect the time during the session. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection for your session.

8. Limitation of Liability

   Willow and Stone Mediumship is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses that may arise from the use of my services, including but not limited to personal, emotional, or financial outcomes of the Reiki session.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

   Your privacy is important to me. Please refer to my Privacy Policy to understand how I collect, use and protect your personal information.

10. Modifications to Terms of Service

    I reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top. Your continued use of the website and services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
